How much are you willing to spend to NOt go to the gym?

Yes we charge more and here's why, When you purchase a standard commercial gym membership all you are paying for is gym access and on the rare occasion a very standard run of the mill program to go with it that you will be bored of in 2 weeks.

 

you receive very little attention from the trainers unless you pay for private sessions (which are around $70 per hour), the staff don't know your name, you turn up day after day, week after week, and complete your "routine".you have no idea if you are doing it right but you watch youtube videos on how to do it.

 

6 weeks go by and if your lucky you may have dropped a bit of weight, put a few kgs on your lifts....but nobody notices.

You continue doing this routine until you get bored and training goes from 5 days a week to 3days a week to "i'll just give it a miss today" hey its only $10 for the whole week.

before you know it, 6 months have passed and you have done less then a handful of sessions but your membership is only $10 a week so its no biggie. 

this is exactly what the commercial gym wants, you to pay a membership and NOT show up! They make money and you don't wear out the equipment.

here's a few things to think about,

 

do you book in to reserve your spot in the gym for a designated time? lets say 6pm mon-fri

you don't, you just rock up and hope there's some free equipment.

what happens if everyone that has a membership at your gym decides to go at 6pm mon-fri

chaos!

your gym could not phyiscally cater for the amount of members they have on the books, like we said before they just want you to pay and not show up!

what do we do that's different?

 

we coach you, and have systems in place to ensure you get what you pay for!

like a 1 on 1 personal training session in a group environment.

our classes are not monkey see monkey do, we explain and demonstrate everything for you, even basic warm up drills.

we will show you each movement of the day, explain the rep/time domains so you know exactly what your doing, for how long and at what load. if the movements are too advanced for you we will show you progressions and scaling options suitable to your level and aid in developing those movements.

throughout the session we will constantly be checking on you to make sure you are moving safely & efficiently. 

WE have plenty of space and enough equipment for everyone to have their own. You will not find another gym locally that has over 20 high quality barbells (I bet some don't even have 10) and enough floor space to fit all the equipment you may need for an epic workout!
