This class gets you straight into the thick of it. This class is all about improving your base aerobic fitness. It incorporates mostly low skill dumbell & gymnastic work and plenty of machines so you can just put your foot down and get to work!

This class is excellent for those just starting out and those seeking that aerobic top up for their engines. The low impact movements also ensure you can feel great after and keep coming back for more!!
